1、The item of traditional tea processing techniques and associated social practices in China has recently been added to the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage for Humanity, becoming the 43rd Chinese item on the list. The item consists of knowledge, skills, and practices concerning the management of tea plantations, picking of tea leaves, manual processing, drinking, and sharing of tea.

2、The big players in the world of tea-growing are India, China, Sri Lanka and Kenya but this is by no means an exhaustive list: tea can be grown in any area with the right climate and conditions. 

Generally, your product package will be shipped from the place of origin to the Dwtea warehouse within 48 hours after the order is placed. Then, Dwtea staff will inspect and repackage it before shipping it to customers via international express, which usually takes about 6-13 days.Some countries may receive the delivery within 6 working days, depending on weather and other factors.

If an item you have ordered has a particularly long delivery time, our team will notify you in advance and give you an approximate delivery time for your item. Common reasons for slower than normal delivery times include international shipments, pre-sales, customization, and very large/heavy items such as furniture.

Here at Dwtea, we do our best to ensure that all sellers ship out within 48 hours of you placing your order. If a seller has not shipped out within 48 hours, our team will contact the seller directly for an update. Once we are notified of the reason for the delay, we will update you via support ticket (you'll receive an email and a notification on Dwtea). In the event that a seller has been unresponsive to our messages or has repeatedly given us false information on shipment times, we will request a refund on your behalf and refund you in full for your item.

If you are wishing to know more precise delivery times in advance of placing your order, you may leave us a question inquiring the delivery time. To leave a question, go to the product you wish to inquire about and click on "Q&A".

The shipping fee is subject to the specific checkout page, and some countries will enjoy free shipping for purchases over 19.99or29.99. If the purchase amount does not meet the requirement for free shipping, you may need to pay a shipping fee of 2-3 USD.
Absolutely! See the example below to get an idea what a Dwtea digital gift voucher looks like. To purchase one, please email info@Dwtea.com and let us know a short piece of custom text you would like at the top of the voucher, the amount of the coupon, and your preferred coupon code (8-12 characters long). The price of the voucher will be the same as the coupon amount.
Payment Information
Currently Dwtea offers PayPal and Visa/Mastercard as payment options. You may also pay with your Dwtea Wallet if you have enough funds in your wallet balance.

As Dwtea does not manufacture, own, or ship the products, we are unable to personally provide a fapiao for your item(s). All fapiaos for any item purchased on Dwtea must be issued by the respective Tea procurement park or product agent seller of your item(s).

Dwtea can help request a fapiao from the seller on your behalf if you contact us before your item has shipped. Once the item has shipped, we will be unable to request a fapiao. Please note that Dwtea is unable to guarantee seller compliance with the issuance of fapiaos, as they have differing fapiao policies. To contact us, go to your orders page, click "Need Help?" on the item, then choose the request "I have another comment or question about this item."

Please include to whom the invoice will be sent (personal or company). If you are requesting a company fapiao, the title should be no more than 21 characters. If you do not provide the company name, we will ask the seller to issue a personal fapiao.

If you need a VAT invoice, please provide the information of your company including the full company name, ID or taxpayer number, address, telephone number bank name and bank account.

Please note that not all supplier can issue VAT fapiaos. To make sure if a seller is able to include a fapiao, we recommend that you leave a question under Q&A in advance.

In the event that your payment process was either abandoned or interrupted, your order will not be placed, but it will appear on your orders page.Or appear in the shopping cart.

You can complete the order by going to "My Orders" and clicking on "Complete Payment" at the top right of the order.

If you don't wish to complete the order, you can leave it or click "Cancel" after that option appears.Alternatively, remove unnecessary products from the checkout list and proceed with checkout.

Accidents happen! If you need to edit or cancel your order. Please contact us and send an email to info@dwtea.
There’s a few things to check. Firstly, our site can only accept one discount code at a time – so if you’re lucky enough to have more than one make sure you pick well to get the best deal! Secondly, make sure you double check the t&cs of each code, as not everything is included in all codes, and some codes are single use only. Please note customers details will be checked against the current customer database during checkout, and any invalid codes will be removed. Order
Once you have placed your order, we'll process it within 1 working days. If you choose our Express service, your teas will be delivered within 7 days after shipping. If you choose Ground Shipping then the vast majority of deliveries are made within 5-12 days of dispatch, but on the odd occasion they may take longer. We can make good tea but unfortunately we can’t solve all the problems of the postal service. Check out our shipping page for more info.

Our standard Ground Shipping is with Global Postal Aviation, which is a 5-10 working day service. You can also make use of our Express Shipping service with UPS which is a 1-2 working day service. Usually you'll receive your order (no matter the method you choose) within 8 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for orders before getting in touch though, as we can't take any action until after that period of time! Some orders just take a little bit longer.

If you need urgent delivery, please contact us. We will choose the courier company that is most suitable for your region. This may require you to bear some of the more expensive transportation costs. For example, using DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

You can review your subscription by visiting www.teafinelybrewed.com/account and clicking "subscriptions". To cancel your subscriptions, click "cancel" on each tea that you don't want to receive anymore.

As Dwtea is essentially a bridge between you, the shopper, and sellers on Tea Procurement Park, we aren’t in full control of returns and return policies. Instead, we handle communication with the sellers and do everything we can to help you return problematic items.

In most cases, we will be able to secure a full refund from the seller if you submit a return request shortly after receiving your item.

Most return issues lie with errors made by Tea Park sellers or products damaged by the not so delicate treatment of deliverymen. Whenever this is the case, action must be taken toward the accountable party.

At Dwtea we do not offer returns/refunds for items under $10 listed without an Teafinelybrewed or Dwtea Seller Badge. We also cannot offer returns for tea set, Customized gift box,masks, and other private items.

The Dwtea brand Badge ensures that the seller will have a legitimate return policy. Please note that in most cases, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item. Return address, please click here.

So, you’ve received your item eligible for a refund, and unfortunately are not completely satisfied with it. Luckily for you, Dwtea has staff trained to negotiate and fight with the most tenacious of sellers and couriers in order to get your refund.

Note: We do not coordinate product exchanges (e.g. for a change in size), but instead obtain refunds. Exchange items are not able to be tracked, and are slow to ship out as sellers wait to receive the original item. A refund provides the fastest resolution, and a new order can be placed for the desired exchange option.

Here are a few things you can can do to increase the chances of a successful return and refund:

1. Be prompt Dwtea customers are eligible for a refund/return 5 days after receiving the product. Sellers have differing return policies, but all are time sensitive. The longer you wait to return an item, the less likely it becomes for us to successfully negotiate a return and refund.

2. Provide evidence If a product arrives damaged or the item doesn’t seem to be what you purchased, then send us as much visual evidence as possible. With photo and/or video evidence, the likelihood of Dwtea securing your refund increases dramatically. If we are only given anecdotal evidence the chances are slim.

3. Keep everything intact Keep the item in the same condition as upon delivery. Once there are signs of use, sellers become much more reluctant to issue refunds. For all items, try to keep the original packaging. With clothing items, make sure that the original tags are still in place.

Check your package on arrival in the presence of the courier! If your item arrives broken or in an unsatisfactory condition, you can reject the delivery, and the liability for the broken product will fall completely on the delivery company.

Failure to reject a broken product can lead to a complicated blame game dialogue between you, the seller, the delivery company, and the mitigator, Dwtea. In this event, the refund outcome becomes uncertain.

Let’s get you that refund! To submit a return request, go to your orders page and click "Need Help?" next to the item you'd like to return. Select "I'd like to return this item for a refund" from the dropdown menu under "Request Form". Follow the directions and submit your request! After your request is submitted, our team will contact the seller and begin processing your request. We will follow up with you by email to notify you of any updates.If you have any questions, you can contact us.

If you click to view tracking on an item you have ordered, you may occasionally see the message "Tracking is currently unavailable for this item."

There are two common reasons for this to occur:

Your item has not yet shipped out from the Dwtea Tea Park. Once the seller ships your item, they will input a tracking number, and tracking updates will begin to show. Our team monitors every order to ensure that sellers ship out within 48 hours of the order being placed. If they do not, our team will contact them and relay any updates to you via support ticket.

Global postal services will track the entire process: providing scanning and delivery information for major tracking nodes, ensuring safety and peace of mind.

How do I earn product commissions?

Dwtea users can earn money by finding products and sharing them with friends and the Dwtea community. The commission amount is based on the price of the product purchased and tiered based on your Dwtea Fortune:

You will get a 5-7% commission on total referral sales when a customer makes a purchase through your affiliate link or uses your coupon code.


There are 5 ways in which users can share products and earn affiliate commissions.

1. Review Your Purchases – Product reviews are shown on the Dwtea homepage and Teafinelybrewed . Any time someone goes to a product from your review and purchases it, you'll earn commission.

2. Share on Social Media – Dwtea makes it easy to share any Dwtea product on Whatsapp, Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter. Just register on our affiliate platform and share your exclusive link with friends. After friends purchase through your exclusive link, you will receive commission.

3. Embed Affiliate URLs on Your Website – Have your own blog or website? Hyperlink Dwtea products that your users will love and start earning commissions from every sale! When logged into your Dwtea account, you can go to any Dwtea product page and click the share button to see your personal affiliate link for that product. Use this link on your website and you’re good to go!

Receiving Your Commissions Payments for commissions will be disbursed on the 27st of every month. The payment received will be a single lump sum for the previous month’s commissions. For example, on July 27st all users will receive their commissions made for the entire month of June. This is done to ensure that all affiliate purchases are final (no returns or refunds).



All products will have one of the three following commission statuses:

Pending – Barring a refund on this item, the commission amount will be approved on the 27st of the following month.
Approved – If your sale was not refunded by the 21st of the following month, the status will automatically trigger the Approved status. This means the sale commission has been earned and deposited into your wallet.
Declined (Refunded) – This item was either cancelled or returned for a refund. No commission is awarded.

How do I earn referral rewards?
