Mighty Leaf Tea’s Organic Darjeeling comes from Mim Estate, and is a well-rounded black tea from the 2009 first flush harvest. Boasting that grape flavour so strongly associated with Darjeeling’s teas, this tea is brisk, drying to the mouth and faintly astringent.
