Ceylon OP1

My Review

Teas Etc’s Ceylon OP1 was a first-prize winner in the 2009 World Tea Expo’s Ceylon category, and deservedly so. While it is similar to other Ceylon black teas I have had, it has subtle marks of quality that set it apart from the rest. The aroma is crisp, earthy and peppery; the liquor is a vivid colour of rusty orange; and the tea itself is full-bodied, with a robust, balanced character.

Come and enjoy a pu-erh that starts slow but blossoms around the third infusion with a surge of sweet smokiness.
